Season Production Costs: Producing live theatre costs money, and ticket sales alone don't cover our productions. We depend on donations to survive. Please consider donating to help keep our theatre-going and ticket prices affordable.

Specific Production Gifts: Each production has production costs and some have very special needs that require additional funds. For instance the Grease Lighting car in GREASE; the pumpkin carriage in CINDERELLA; or the period costumes for LES MISERABLES. Your donation will be used to make the productions be all they can be.

Scholarships: Stage 1 offers two scholarships to graduating seniors in the Newark, Fremont and Union City area. Seniors must have participated in at least one Stage 1 performance in any capacity to quality and write an application about how the arts have affected them. These scholarships will help to defray the continuing costs every college student faces.
